On September 29, Wang Fei, assistant chief engineer of DSIC and Sun Dezhuang, vice president of Design Center, came to our company for a visit and exchange, focusing on visiting and discussing the hull conversion project independently designed by DSIC Design Center.

    After the site visit, the Design Center team and the main leaders of DSIC ChangXing had a three-hour long discussion meeting, which both sides frankly and objectively summarized the highlights and shortcomings of the MV33 project, expressed high recognition of the project's cooperation results, and made detailed communication and planning on how to further improve the design capability and level in the field of FPSO conversion.

  Both sides took how to develop the detailed design of the module as a common key topic and determined the unified idea of sharing resources and joint development, which was incorporated into the planning scope of the subsequent projects undertaken. At the same time, the Design Center and Marketing Department of DSIC ChangXing Shipyard shared the design reserve and market information in offshore segment with each other, determined the direction of cooperation in deep market development, and closely combined technology development and market development.

    This exchange is in line with the orientation requirements of DSIC for the business segment of ChangXing Shipyard. The Design Center will further integrate the design resources of the group headquarters and DSIC ChangXing shipyard to provide stronger technical support for the offshore segment; DSIC ChangXing shipyard will also take this opportunity to continuously improve the design capability and design level and promote the steady development of offshore business.
